“Our story started long before we ever imagined getting married,” Teresa shares. She first met Jacky as a teenager during her very first shift at Subway, where he trained her. “We only worked together that one time, and then life took us in completely different directions.” Seven years later, fate reunited them at Commonwealth Bank’s Highpoint branch. “What started as colleagues quickly became a genuine friendship — and not long after, something more.” Looking back, Teresa says, “Everything truly happened exactly when it was meant to.”

Teresa and Jacky chose to say I do at St Brendan’s Church in Flemington, a venue filled with personal and family significance. “I’m Catholic, and so many of our relatives and close friends were married there,” Teresa explains.
